The aim of the EuroQol Youth Task Force is to develop an EQ-5D version for young people and children in different languages. Age appropriateness of both adult and youth versions have been explored.

Current initiatives:

• Development of a parent/proxy version of the EQ-5D-Y
• Development and testing of a cognitive dimension as a possible add-on for the EQ-5D-Y in Germany
• Exploring valuation methods for the EQ-5D-Y version in interaction with the Valuation Task Force
