Nancy is Director of Research at the Office of Health Economics, London, and visiting professor at the Centre for Health Economics, University of York. Nancy's current work on EQ-5D includes the development of new Time Trade Off methods of valuation, and the use of EQ-5D in the NHS PROMs programme.

She has published work on a wide range of subjects including cost effectiveness thresholds; analysis of waiting times data; hospital efficiency; and evaluating health sector reforms. She is co-author of a leading UK textbook, Economic Analysis in Health Care.
